results of the Annual General Meeting held today. All resolutions were
passed by a poll.
The Company notes that Resolutions 3 and 4 were passed as special
resolutions.
Details of each resolution and proxy votes are attached in accordance with
the requirements of the ASX listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the
Corporations Act 2001.
